Step 1 · Find · 5 business days · under 2 hours of your time
Every leak in your business. Found, priced, in writing.
The Profit Leak Report is a paid diagnostic for service businesses: I go through your phone, your quotes, your inbox, your admin and your delivery, and hand you an itemized account of where the money is going: at least $10,000 a year documented, or you pay nothing. Go on to build the fix with me, and the fee comes straight off the invoice.
$1,500 (≈£1,150) · founding rate $997 (≈£770) for the first 5 US/UK clients · billed in USD
Seven parts. No filler.
The one-page verdict
What's leaking, what it costs you a year, and what I'd do first. Written so you can read it in the van between jobs.
The leak matrix
Every finding sorted into four buckets, money out, time out, jobs lost, risk building, each with its own annual number and the math behind it.
Quick wins
The things you can fix this week, yourself, for free. There are always some, and I'd rather you trust the Report than pad my build quote.
The gain case
The full arithmetic for the guarantee: at least $10,000 a year in documented opportunity, itemized line by line so you can argue with any of it.
Automation opportunities
Where AI or automation genuinely earns its keep in your business, and where it doesn't. Both lists, in writing.
The opportunity backlog
Everything worth doing eventually, sequenced by payoff versus effort, so you have a roadmap, not just a diagnosis.
The 30/60/90 plan
What to do in the next month, the next quarter, whether you do it with me, with someone else, or yourself.
For scale: consulting firms commonly quote $5,000 and up for operational audits at this depth. Seven parts, the math shown on every line, for $997 at the founding rate, and every dollar of it credited back if you build.
Leak: after-hours calls going to voicemail
6 calls/week × 4 weeks × $420 avg job × 1-in-4 close rate
= $2,520/month → $30,240/year
Fix, ranked by the ladder
Start free: forward after-hours calls to a shared cell with a two-line script, before anyone talks about building anything. Every line in your Report gets this level of math, with your numbers.
AI is the last rung of the ladder, not the first.
Every finding in your Report climbs the same five rungs, in order, and stops at the cheapest one that solves it:
- 1
Remove
does this task need to exist at all?
- 2
Simplify
can it take five steps instead of twelve?
- 3
Use what you have
the tool you already pay for probably does this.
- 4
Automate
connect the pieces so it runs without you.
- 5
Build
custom AI, only where it genuinely earns its keep.
This is for you if
- You run a business or lead a team with recurring work, delays or disconnected tools you want to improve
- You know money is slipping and you can't see exactly where
- You'd rather pay for a straight answer than get a free pitch
It is not for you if
- One person, quiet phone, inbox under control: keep your money, honestly
- You want someone to validate a tool you've already bought
- You need a supplier with fifty case studies behind them. I have one signed client and I say so out loud
$10,000 documented, or every dollar back.
I document at least $10,000 in net annual profit opportunity in your business, itemized, specific, with the math shown, or you get every dollar back. No fine print, no conditions to meet.
The guarantee covers what I document, not what you go on to earn. I can promise you my findings, and I won't pretend to promise your execution.
And for the record: paid diagnostics like this have already been sold and delivered, to Norwegian trade businesses, before this page existed. You'd be one of the first under the Profit Leak Report name in the US or UK. That's exactly why the founding rate exists, and I'd rather tell you here than have you find out on a call.
The deal, in one sentence: I identify $10,000 a year you're bleeding, shows his math, in five days, or it costs you nothing.

Asked and answered straight.
Why should I pay for an audit when other agencies do them free?
Most free audits come with a clipboard and a product to sell. My free call is thirty minutes and ends with two or three changes you can make yourself, whether or not we ever speak again. The Report is for owners who want the whole business itemized, priced and written down, with a guarantee on the findings. You pay for that depth, and the fee is credited in full toward a build within 60 days, so acting on it makes the diagnosis free anyway.
How does the guarantee actually work?
Simple: if the Report documents less than $10,000 in net annual profit opportunity, you say so and get a full refund. No forms, no conditions, no 'must implement all recommendations first'. The number is itemized so you can check every line. Payment is by card or invoice via Stripe, you get a receipt for your books, and a refund goes back the way you paid within five business days of you saying the word. One honest boundary: the guarantee covers what I document, not what you go on to earn, your execution is yours.
I've already duct-taped some automations together myself: Zapier, a GPT wrapper. Is this still worth it?
Probably more, not less. A stack built in evenings usually automates the tasks that were easy to automate, not the leaks that cost the most, and nobody audits their own plumbing. The Report finds the sequencing, the blind spots you're too close to see, and the things worth un-building. If your setup already covers everything, the guarantee pays you for finding that out.
What do you actually need from me?
Under 2 hours, total: a 20-minute kickoff call, a short intake you can answer by voice from the van, one 45-minute deep-dive, and 45 minutes where I walk you through the findings. No workshops, no all-hands, nobody's day disrupted. I do the digging, that's what you're paying for.
How do I know the 'documented opportunity' isn't inflated to dodge the refund?
Every line shows its math with deliberately conservative assumptions, where there's a range, I take the low end, and hourly costs are priced modestly. An inflated audit would win me a fee once and cost me the client and the reputation. In a niche this small, that trade is idiotic, and my whole business is built on not making it.
Will you just tell me to buy AI stuff?
No. Every finding goes up the same ladder: remove the task entirely, simplify it, use a tool you already pay for, automate it, and only if all of that falls short, build something custom. Most businesses get findings at every rung, including the free ones.
What happens after I get the Report?
Whatever you want. Take it and run. It's built to stand alone. Have your own guy build it. Or have me build the top items at a fixed quoted price, with your Report fee knocked off in full. There's no meeting where I corner you; the numbers make the argument or they don't.
The free call finds the leaks. The Report itemizes and prices them. A build fixes them.
Nobody has to buy the Report to discuss an obvious build. It exists for the owner who wants more than one leak itemized and priced before spending, with the math shown and a guarantee on the findings. A labelled sample of the deliverable shows the shape.
The free call
You want a proper look at where the week goes and a straight answer: audit, build, or nothing.
Thirty minutes of questions, and a written recap within one working day.
The Profit Leak Report
More than one leak, or a number you'd bet a build on. You want it itemized, priced, documented, with the math shown.
Five business days, under two hours of your time, credited in full toward a build within 60 days.
A build
The problem and the scope are already clear, from the call or from your own work.
A fixed-scope, fixed-price quote in writing, then the build.
Tell me where the week goes.
Send the form or book the kickoff call directly, both land with me, and I answer both myself. If your business isn't a fit for the Report, I'll tell you on the spot and it costs you nothing.
