I make AI boringly practical for small businesses.
I'm a Norwegian founder building AI and automation systems for small and mid-sized businesses. I run Monstr, an AI & automation agency, and Authority, a search visibility studio. My background blends hands-on automation, agency and B2B sales, and academic research in aquaculture and fish biology — analytical and practical at the same time.
I build in the evenings after a day job and ship content every week. No hype, no jargon — just systems that quietly do the work so owners can get back to running the business.
From the lab bench to the automation stack.
An analytical start
My background is in aquaculture and fish biology — years spent in research, where you learn to read messy data, run experiments, and follow the evidence rather than the hype. That rigor still shapes how I approach every system I build.
Building things that ship
From there I moved into hands-on automation and agency / B2B sales — working close to real businesses, real pipelines, and real revenue. I learned what actually moves the needle for an owner-operated company, and how to wire AI into the tools they already use.
Order from the noise
Now I work in the open: building in the evenings after a day job, shipping content every week, and turning what I learn into systems other small businesses can use. The personal brand is the face — the agencies behind it do the delivery.
Four principles I won't automate away.
Pragmatic, not hype
I care about workflows that pay for themselves, not the buzzword of the week. If a spreadsheet beats AI, I'll tell you to use the spreadsheet.
ROI you can see
Every recommendation comes with an estimate of hours and money saved. You should always know why an automation is worth building.
Privacy-aware
Your data and your customers' data are handled with care — scoped access, sensible tooling, and no shipping everything to the cloud by default.
Fast & hands-on
Small business moves fast, so I do too. Tight scopes, quick builds, and a real person who actually understands what you're running.
The personal brand is the face — but the work gets delivered through three studios. Each one is a vehicle for a different kind of system.
