Short, because there isn't much to tell.
Website analytics
Vercel Web Analytics provides cookieless page-view and interaction counts. Optional detailed analytics start only after you choose “Allow analytics”. They use a random browser ID stored on this device to count visitors, page views, link destinations and time while the tab is visible. They do not record your screen, form contents, names or email addresses. Referrer domains and approximate country may be included.
Detailed analytics are stored in Supabase and are visible only in the private dashboard. You can turn optional analytics off below; this removes this browser’s visitor ID and stops future detailed events. Your preference remains on this browser until you change it or clear site storage. Private admin sign-in uses session cookies. There are no advertising pixels.
Free workflow check
Your assessment answers and numbers stay in the page. Creating a result does not submit them or add you to a mailing list. Save the result before closing or refreshing the tab.
If you optionally add a website, this site reads its public title and description and may send the public address to Firecrawl for fuller page extraction. That context suggests relevant tasks; your assessment answers are not included. You can skip this and receive the full result. Website context appears in the result’s sources and any copy you choose to download.
Forms
When you send the enquiry form or the calculator follow-up, what you typed is delivered to me personally, by text message and email. You only see “received” once at least one of those has actually gone through; if both fail you get an error and my direct address instead of a false tick. The server keeps a delivery record (time, which form, whether the text and the email went) but not what you wrote or who you are. Your message is used to reply to you, and for nothing else: no mailing lists, no resale, no “partners”.
Who processes it
Delivery runs on Vercel (hosting), Twilio (the text message to my phone) and Resend (the email to me). Each receives only what it needs to deliver your message.
Data in the systems I build
An AI phone receptionist I build for you records and transcribes the calls it answers so the handoff to you is accurate and so we can review what it said. The voice platform (currently Retell AI, US-hosted) processes the audio; the telephony provider carries the call. Recordings and transcripts belong to you, are deleted on request, and are never used to train anyone's models. Retention, the recording notice callers hear, and the data processing agreement are set per build and written into the quote before you sign. Callers are told they are speaking to an assistant in the first sentence.
Deletion
Email ivar@ivarknutsen.no and I'll delete what you've sent me. No forms, no waiting period, no arguing.
